Online Self Help Groups

This past couple of years have really hit people hard, the true effects are still surfacing for some as we head back to ‘normal’. Anxiety, depression and suicides have reached an all time high. Isolation, fear, loss of work and basic rights has taken its toll on our Mental/Emotional health.

Many small businesses like my own who are driven to be of service to others, have moved everything online so that we can continue to help navigate the mental and physical discord. Never before has there been such a need for our services and the opportunity to join groups with like minded communities coming together to support each other.

With this in mind we have moved our weekly groups online.

If you would like to connect with a supportive community, work through any issues that may be presenting, relieve the isolation blues and raise your vibration with laughter. Then why not come along and join us?

We gather online every Friday at 6pm UK time.

All our groups rotate so that each group falls once a month. They rotate in this order….

1. Meditation Group
2. Soul Journey Group
3. Manifestation Group
4. E.F.T. Tapping Group

In our groups we take time to listen to each other, deep dive into any underlying issues and hold space for healing.

Places are limited to 9 people, so booking is essential to retain your place. On booking you will receive a unique code to allow you access to the event. We have set a minimum price at £8.88, however anything above that is greatly appreciated also.

Hawk and Ram

My friend is over from the UK wrapping up her life here, never to return.

So last week we took Loui and Pepi (dog I’ve been looking after) to the mountains to see the snow.

On the way we stopped at the Dam, there is a sunken village under it apparently.

 

While we were leaving the Dam a huge Hawk was hovering over it’s prey. We sat and watched it hovering and diving for ten minutes. We got pictures but they didn’t come out well, it just looks like a dot in the sky.While we were leaving the Dam a huge Hawk was hovering over it’s prey. I said to Sarah that Hawk is a good sign and something magical will happen today.

Hawk –

We continued on to the mountains, Sarah wanted to visit Kykko Monastary which is at the top of Troodos, so it was a long drive. We stopped a couple of times for Loui Loo breaks as he has no control over it now and I have to manually make him go, or risk a big mess. lol Was good for Pepi to stretch a bit too.

 

When we hit Snow, Sarah was like a little kid.  I must admit its been around 30years since Ive been to Troodos in the snow season and was beautiful to see.

 

We saw the Skiers which was a delight to see, my mum always wanted to go on the Ski lifts but when we went up one time they were closed.  I have no idea how she planned on getting back down anyway, so probably best that it was closed that day :)

 

As we traveled up the mountain we stopped by this beautiful Twin Tree for yet another toilet break, then shortly after something incredible happened.  We were discussing future plans etc.  Then out of thin air this huge Ram (mountain goat) jumped over the barrier almost landing on the bonnet of our car, it tried to run across the road but there was another car coming the other way and we were almost bumper to bumper with us, and the Ram stopped, looked at us then jumped between the cars and up the mountain.  It stood there looking down at us for a few mins before disappearing over the top.  Sarah got the best view as he was her side but I saw him for a second before grabbing my camera but when I opened my door to get a picture he darted off.  The guy in the other car was laughing his head off, Sarah was in shock and I was like ‘wow, did that really just happen’!

 

As you can see from the second picture, it came from below and cleared that rail.  Luckily I saw it and Sarah slammed on, or Hawks message of clear vision would have been wasted on us lol

New Cycles, New Starts, Fearlessness, Warrior Spirit, Leap of Faith, face Fears.

We continued up to the Monastery filled with awe at what had happened, we thought it was a Stag at the time but on refection with the horns it was definitely a Ram.  Also kind of ironic as we were heading to a Monastery, home of the sacrificial lamb!We continued up to the Monastery filled with awe at what had happened, we thought it was a Stag at the time but on refection with the horns it was definitely a Ram.  Also kind of ironic as we were heading to a Monastery, home of the sacrificial lamb!

 

On the way back down we stopped to let Loui and Pepi play in the snow for 5 mins.  They loved it, Loui especially.

The sun was going down as we headed back down to go home and the setting sun gave us a beautiful display.  It reminded me of watching it set at the Grand Canyon, it looked like the mountain was on fire.

 

Magical day from start to end.  Spent with a special Angel who I will miss dearly. She came into my life only a few short months ago but she has been a pillar of support during these harsh few months and she brought love, friendship and laughter when I really needed it.  Friends like this don’t come along often and I’m very very grateful for the blessing that is my soul Sistar Sarah. <3

A few days later at 2am I got the urge to do a painting.  Had no idea what of but like a good little hollow bone I dug out my paints and my one remaining canvas and sat down at the ready for further instructions.  At this point all i could think about was the ceiling I painted in my old Reiki room years ago.  So I did that all over the canvas, then everything else kinda just appeared.  I’m not the greatest artist (a 5 year old can do better) but I knew it was for Sarah to remind her of our epic adventure in the mountains.  And I knew she would appreciate the sentiment. She loved it :)

Treasure your loved ones, be aware of signs from creator and let your inner child play often. Take risks, take a leap of faith and broaden your horizons.
