Munay-Ki comes from the Quechua word that means ‘I love you’ and is also taken to mean ‘Be as Thou Art’. In this current context it refers to the nine rites of initiation to becoming a person of wisdom and power. Handed down from generation to generation they exist within all Shamanic traditions, while deriving a form and style of expression unique to each culture.
The Munay-Ki offered here are derived from the great initiations of the Hindus Valley brought by the Laika, a group of courageous medicine men and women, across the Bering Straits from Siberia to the Americas during the glacial period some 30,000 years ago. Ordinary men and women, who acquire uncommon grace and ability through prayer, study of the wisdom teachings and discipline, the Laika have kept the teachings safe until the moment came for their release to many more than their small group. They have faithfully accepted their guardianship for millennia, believing people would come to this initiation when they were ready and called to do so.
Munay-Ki is the key to taking a quantum leap in species evolution. It is a group of energetic transmissions that download directly into the Luminous Energy Field, which constitutes each individual at an energetic level, the codes for transformational evolution. These codes are downloaded into the chakra system, a group of seven major energy centres lodged within the body and attached to the spine. This spinal connection facilitates the information’s transmission to the neuro-physiology and brain of each recipient, offering them the potential to complete within one lifetime a process of evolution that would otherwise take many, many generations.
Alberto Villoldo PhD is a psychologist and medical anthropologist who has worked closely with the Laika for a quarter of a century. As such he was privy to the knowledge that the final rite, previously only gifted to a few humans over the millennia, had been brought forth by the Laiki in the summer of 2006 as a transmission now available to be gifted directly between humans. He has distilled the teachings and processes involved in the transmission of the nine rites that make up Munay-Ki into an easily understood and usable format to allow for its further dissemination out into the world. The Four Winds Society, which he founded to train western Shaman, has begun the process by offering Munay-Ki across North America and Europe since that time. The intention is that those who accept the gift of Munay-Ki will go on to initiate more of our fellow men and women into these rites. Rites, which form a significant step towards the creation of the next stage in the evolution not merely of humankind but of our home planet the Earth.
The principles of daily living incumbent upon all who takes on the responsibility Munay-Ki are:
NON-VIOLENCE, TRUTHFULNESS, INTEGRITY, MODERATION and GENEROSITY.
These principles lay the foundation for the coming of a New World of harmony, love and peace to replace our current World of disharmony, fear and conflict, and are the underlying reason why Munay-Ki has become universally available now. We are coming to the end of an evolutionary era that has lasted 65 million years. Everything that constitutes the World in which we live is gearing up to switch into the new era, potentially during the period of rare planetary alignment due to take place in December 2012, predicted millennia ago by the mathematical genius of the Mayan peoples. This imminent opportunity is why Munay-Ki, in this form and in many parallel forms across the cultures, is here now. It is one of the means whereby humanity recognises its place as an integral part of the Universe and participates in that switch.
The Foundation Rites.
Rite One: Healer’s Rite. Connects you to a lineage of luminous beings from the past, who come to assist you in your personal transformation. Awakens the healing power in your hands so that everyone you touch is blessed. There is tremendous spiritual assistance available, and these luminous ones work in our sleep to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.
Rite Two: Bands of Power Five luminous belts that are woven into the luminous energy field (LEF) for protection. They act as filters, breaking down any negative energy that comes toward the person, into one of the five elements. These energies then feed your LEF instead of making you sick.
Rite Three: Harmony Rite Transmission of the 7 Archetypes into the Chakras. First you receive serpent, jaguar, hummingbird and eagle; next you receive three archangels: the Keeper of the Lower World (our unconscious), the Keeper of the Middle World (our waking world), and the Protector of the Upper World (our super conscious).
Rite Four: Seer’s Rite. Extra-cerebral pathways of light are installed that connect the visual cortex with the third eye and heart chakra. This awakens the inner seer and your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit, the Vibration of Angels and Archangels.
The Lineage Rites.
Rite Five: Day keeper’s Rite You connect to a lineage of master healers from the past. Day keepers are able to call on the ancient altars to heal and bring balance to the earth, call on the sun to rise each day, and bring humans into harmony with mother Earth. They are the midwives, herbalists and curranderos. This rite helps you begin to heal your inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace.
Rite Six: Wisdom keeper’s Rite. You connect to a lineage of luminous beings from the past and the future. This rite is associated with the snow-capped mountains, perhaps a distant memory of our ancestors from the Himalayas. This rite helps you to begin to heal your inner masculine, step outside of time, become steeped in the medicine teachings and taste infinity.
Rite Seven: Earth keeper’s Rite. This rite connects you to the archangels that are guardians of our galaxy, stewards of all life on Earth. This rite connects you to the stars, and to the sun, our local star. It helps you learn the ways of the seer and dream the world into being.
Rite Eight: Star keeper’s Rite. This rite anchors you safely to the time after the great change, said to occur around 2012. Your physical body begins to evolve into homo luminous, the ageing process is slowed down, your DNA is re-informed, and you become more resistant to dis-ease.
Rite Nine: Creator Rite Awakens the Creator-light within and brings forth a sense of stewardship for all creation, from the smallest grain of sand to the largest cluster of galaxies in the universe. Once attained only through direct transmission from Spirit, it is now possible to transmit from one person to another.
As you work with the germination of these rites you’ll be touched and blessed by angels. You simply need to open yourself to the wisdom of the Earth keepers, and all will be bestowed upon you.

Meditations
After receiving the Rites there are a series of meditations that can be undertaken to help you strengthen your connection with the Rites.
The 13th Right is The Right of the Womb.
There is a lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering. They want us to remember: the 13th rite of Munay-Ki; The Rite of the Womb.
The feminine spirit of the jungle reminds us of this simple and vital truth:
The womb is not a place to store fear and pain; the womb is to create and give birth to life.
All life comes from the womb of the Earth and all men come from a woman’s womb.
This initiation though specific for feminine healing, when supported by Masculine energy can help to bring and maintain a sense of balance. Men are invited to hold the sacred space as a support for the women in this ceremony. This can be incredibly healing for both men and women.
If they feel called to do so, men may also receive the Rite, this is especially important for men who suffered trauma within the womb or would like to help heal their female lineage.
Let’s heal our womb; let’s heal our mother’s, sister’s, and daughter’s wombs. And in this way bring healing to our Mother Earth.
