Regression Therapy

Regression  Therapy

Regression comes under two categories; Age Regression and Past life Regression.

Regardless of our personal belief in reincarnation or life after death, Regression holds a strong place as a therapeutic tool used in the healing process.

Age Regression

Age regression is the process of revisiting our current life.  The purpose of hypnotic age regression is to reframe the negative feelings and perceptions of the past and to facilitate progress towards the patient’s goals. It allows patients to find the cause of their current blocks and eliminate their past traumas.  The subconscious mind holds the behaviours and habits that we exhibit to protect ourselves and once in a Hypnotic state we can access them.  Hypnotic age regression allows for patients to re-frame and release their outdated behaviours this is most useful for suppressed memories, especially after a traumatic experience and learned behaviour.  By accessing the incident we can bring a better understanding, relieve any symptoms presenting and bring about a peaceful resolve.

Past Life Regression

Past life regression comes under much debate, but in my experience as a practitioner over the years I have found it to be very useful in finding the root cause of a problem, especially in clients that though may be making progress, are still presenting the issue.

Some people choose to experience a past life regression simply out of curiosity, however, they all seem to find great relief or a better understanding about some of their behaviours.  Sometimes, though they may not have come initially for ‘therapy’, they may find that they open Pandora’s Box and will require further sessions.
