      1. I made it out of many tiny yellow tomatoes which hubby fetched in out of the greenhouse as we cleared it now of the tomatoes. I add some butternut squash a red pepper and several cloves of garlic in their skin roast them all in oven for 30 mins with olive oil. I squeeze the garlic free of their skins Then blitz everything in the blender add veggie stock made with a cube and then pour through a sieve so the seeds and skins are gathered up.. Pop into a pan and heat through and add a teaspoon of Balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste and bobs your uncle LOL <3
